1. Service Agreement
By engaging Axiview for auto service, you agree to these terms. All services are provided at our facility: 114 Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur 50470, Malaysia.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be required for major repairs.
3. Warranty
We warranty all parts and labor for 30 days from service completion. Warranty excludes wear items and does not cover accidents or misuse.
4. Liability Limitation
Axiview is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
5. Vehicle Inspection
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses safety risks. Customers acknowledge that diagnostic testing may incur charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is collected for service delivery and contact purposes only. We comply with applicable data protection laws and do not share your information with third parties without consent.
8. Changes to Terms
Axiview reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
